PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an oxide composite precursor aqueous solution by which a metal element being a precursor for an oxide composite is stably incorporated into an aqueous solution with high concentration and in a stable state, and the sufficiently fined oxide composite is obtained. SOLUTION : The oxide composite precursor aqueous solution contains a first compound containing at least one kind of a first metal element selected from a group comprising alkali metals and alkaline earth metals, a second compound containing at least one kind of a second metal element selected from a group comprising rare earth metals, a third compound having a multidentate ligand, and ammonia.
