PURPOSE : A binder composition mainly composed of soil is provided to reduce the emission of carbon dioxide gas and minimize environmental destruction by excluding cement and instead using recycled materials. CONSTITUTION : A binder composition mainly composed of soil comprises a powder material of 100 parts by weight and a liquid material of 30-70 parts by weight. The powder material comprises soil of 10-30 weight%, magnesium oxide of 15-50 weight%, blast furnace slag of 15-40 weight%, phosphoric acid magnesium fertilizer of 5-10 weight%, trass of 10-40 weight%, and wollastonite 5-10 weight%. The liquid material comprises magnesium chloride of 10-60 weight%, phosphate of 1-8 weight%, and fresh water or seawater of 32-89 weight%.
