PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a primer composition for a polyamide resin denture base that can strongly restore adaptability to an oral cavity by reshaping the mucosa membrane surface of a denture base using a lining material for a denture base and the primer composition for a denture base even when an accurately manufactured polyamide resin denture base suffers from gradual deterioration in adaptability to an oral cavity with the lapse of time because a wearer of a denture base suffers from heavy ridge resorption, thinning of an oral mucosa membrane in charge of a cushioning property and depression of an alveolar bone caused by jaw bone resorption or the like. SOLUTION : The primer composition for polyamide resin denture bases comprises 3-30 wt.% of a bonding thermoplastic resin and 97-70 wt.% of a mixed solvent comprising hexafluoroisopropanol (HFIP) as a first solvent that dissolves a part of the polyamide resin of a denture base and a second solvent such as ethyl acetate or the like that dissolves the bonding thermoplastic resin and is compatible with HFIP, where the mixed solvent contains 70-10 parts of the first solvent and 30-90 parts of the second solvent based on 100 parts of the total of the mixed solvent.
