PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a method for producing 2, 3, 3, 3-tetrafluoropropene with high selectivity and conversion. SOLUTION : The present invention provides a method for producing 2, 3, 3, 3-tetrafluoropropene that includes reacting HF with 2-chloro-3, 3, 3-trifluoro-1-propene in a gaseous phase in the presence of a fluorination catalyst based on chromium oxyfluoride at least containing nickel as cometal and at least one rare-earth metal.
