PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an abnormality diagnosis system or the like for efficiently diagnosing vehicle abnormality with high accuracy in real time. SOLUTION : A diagnostic vehicle device 12a transmits diagnostic object data to a center device 13 (S2) when detecting the diagnostic object data (S1). The center device 13 receives the diagnostic object data, receives a diagnosis request (S3), determines whether the diagnostic object data is a rare event (S4), determines whether a diagnosis vehicle 2a is in an abnormal state on the basis of a determination result (S5), and transmits a diagnosis result to the diagnostic vehicle device 12a (S6). The diagnostic vehicle device 12a confirms whether a received diagnosis result is "abnormal" (S7), outputs a warning by an output device 24 when the diagnosis result is "abnormal" (S8), and registers the diagnosis object data as normal data in a normal data DB43 when the diagnostic result is "normal" (S9).
