PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To obtain improvement of magnetic characteristics and cost reduction of a rare-earth bonded magnet and to maintain the magnetic characteristics in a high temperature, high pressure and high humidity environment. SOLUTION : Cool molding is executed with a single magnetic powder body for a rare-earth magnet without containing a resin, so that the magnetic characteristics of the magnet can be improved; and heat treatment for obtaining a phase having high heat resistance and an effect of thermal demagnetization suppressing effect is executed. Then, an SiO2precursor having low viscosity is immersed in a magnet molded body to ensure the strength of the magnet and is thermally cured, thereby obtaining a rare-earth bonded magnet in which magnetic characteristics are improved and cost is reduced.
