PURPOSE : A high corrosion resistance molten zinc alloy plated steel sheet with excellent surface properties by controlling components in a plating layer, a manufacturing method thereof, and a molten zinc alloy plating solution for manufacturing thereof are provided to obtain a smooth surface and polishing properties by containing 0.02-0.5 wt% of misch metal on the molten zinc alloy plating layer.CONSTITUTION : A molten zinc alloy plated steel sheet(100) comprises a molten zinc alloy plating layer(120) on a base steel sheet(110). The molten zinc alloy plating layer contains 0.5-2.0 wt% of Mg, 1.0-3.0 wt% of Al, 0.02-0.5 wt% of a misch metal, and remaining amount of Zn.
