PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a method for manufacturing a Nd-Fe-B magnet with a high coercive force which can be achieved by reducing the usage of Dy and Tb or without using these heavy rare-earth elements. SOLUTION : There is provided a method for manufacturing a Nd-Fe-B magnet comprising the steps of : preparing a Nd-Fe-B magnet material having an amorphous structure; and thermally treating the Nd-Fe-B magnet material at a temperature of 525°C or higher and 600°C or lower and at a pressure of 50 MPa or higher and 300 MPa or lower.
