PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a reflective dimming element having superior repetition durability of switching between a transparent state and a reflection state, and to provide a reflective dimming member using the reflective dimming element, and multiple glass. SOLUTION : The reflective dimming element includes : a dimming layer configured to reversibly change a state between a transparent state by hydrogenation and a reflecting state by dehydrogenation; and a catalyst layer configured to accelerate the hydrogenation and dehydrogenation in the dimming layer. The dimming layer contains an alloy that contains at least one element selected from Group 2 elements and at least two elements selected from the group consisting of Group 3 elements and rare earth elements, and/or a hydride of the alloy.
