The purpose of the present invention is to provide an intermediate film for laminated glass and a laminated glass, whereby without the use of a rare metal, an organic phosphor and versatile polymer are used for wavelength conversion of light of a specific wavelength range to light of a targeted wavelength range, and which are highly translucent. The present invention is an intermediate film for laminated glass, the intermediate film comprising an oriented aggregate obtained by aggregating a phosphor in which excimer fluorescence molecules and self-assembling molecules are bonded together, and a base polymer.
