PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide high-refractive-index glass which is matched with a refractive index nd of an organic light-emitting element or a transparent conductive film, irrespective of the small content of rare metal oxides (especially, La2O3, Nb2O5 and Gd2O3), and which has excellent devitrification resistance and acid resistance. SOLUTION : This high-refractive-index glass includes as a glass composition, in terms of mass%, 30-60% SiO2, 0-15% B2O3, 0-15% Al2O3, 0-10% Li2O, 0-10% Na2O, 0-10% K2O, 20-60% MgO+CaO+SrO+BaO+ZnO, 0.0001-20% TiO, 0-20% ZrO2, and 0-10% La2O3+Nb2O5, and has a refractive index nd of 1.55-2.3.
