PURPOSE : A novel beta-glycosidase protein is provided to enable efficient bioconversion of PPD type ginsenoside into rare active ginsenoside and to produce a large amount of rare active ginsenoside for industrial use.CONSTITUTION : A method for preparing novel beta-glycosidase comprises : a step of culturing a transformant which is prepared with a recombinant vector containing a gene encoding beta-glycosidase with an amino acid sequence of sequence number 1; a step of producing beta-glycosidase from the cultured transformant; and a step of collecting the produced beta-glycosidase.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
