PURPOSE : A bonded magnet using rare earth powder is provided to improve a magnetic characteristic of rare earth powder by utilizing low cost waste scrap and waste rare earth magnet.CONSTITUTION : Recycled powder is manufactured using a HDDR technique. By the manufacturing, a residual rare earth magnet scrap is pulverized. Alloy powder is manufactured by a rapid cooling technique. A mixture is manufactured by mixing the recycled powder, the alloy powder and a binder. A bonded magnet is manufactured after completing a compression process or an extrusion process to the mixture.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
