PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a luminous ink including a rare earth complex that is not checked visually under white light, and is excited by ultraviolet irradiation to emit light, and that has high luminance and is excellent in light resistance.SOLUTION : The luminous ink includes : a rare earth complex; and a resin, wherein the rare earth complex is a rare earth complex shown by LnABC, wherein Ln is a rare-earth metal, A, B and C are three kinds of different ligands, the ligand A has a phenanthroline skeleton or a bipyridinium skeleton, the ligand B has a diketone skeleton of a symmetric structure, and the ligand C has a diketone skeleton of an asymmetrical structure.
