PURPOSE : A DICOM input-output method and device of a functional post-processing medical image are provided to reduce time for post-processing of a medical image by storing pixel values in a DICOM image file using the medical image.CONSTITUTION : A data type is inputted(S100). The DICOM file is generated according to the data type and a header is changed(S200). A data value of each pixel is stored in the DICOM file. New ROI(Region Of Interest) is selected and a value is measured in the other medical image display program.
