Is proposed the construction of the compact uninsulated wire “Of [elka]” with the plastically pressed steel stranded core for the airlines of power transmission. For the purpose of an increase in the heat resistance and in the capacity on the current the wire “Of [elka]” contains the current-conducting layers from the wires of aluminum or its alloys, modified by rare or rare-earth metals from the group : zirconium, scandium, yttrium, cerium, lanthanum, vanadium, hafnium or by their mixtures. The new wire “Of [elka]” possesses the increased operating characteristics, reliability and longevity.
