Wear resistant machinery parts which can minimize wear of a counter-material as well as the wear resistant machinery parts themselves are provided. In a wear resistant machinery part in which a Ni-based alloy(30) is bonded to a surface of a Fe-based matrix(20) to a predetermined thickness, the wear resistant machinery part is characterized in that the Ni-based alloy comprises, by weight percent, 0.01 to 0.6% of carbon(C), 2.0 to 5.0% of silicon(Si), 0.9 to 4.0% of boron(B), 0.3 to 5.0% of iron(Fe), 3.0 to 15.0% of chromium(Cr), and the balance of nickel(Ni). The Fe-based matrix and the Ni-based alloy are bonded to each other by cooling the Fe-based matrix and the Ni-based alloy after holding the Fe-based matrix and the Ni-based alloy at a temperature of 950 to 1150 deg.C for 10 to 120 minutes. The Ni-based alloy has a thickness of 0.05 mm or more. The Fe-based matrix and the Ni-based alloy are cooled at a cooling rate of 3 to 50 deg.C/min.
