PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a stacked ceramic capacitor having a high insulating resistance after the burning in a reducing atmosphere and excellent in high dielectric constant and capacitance temperature characteristics. ŽSOLUTION : A dielectric layer 5 includes vanadium and rare-earth element, having a thickness of 1 to 3 μm and an average diameter of crystal grain of 0.15 to 0.4 μm. After the capacitor body is heat-treated under the conditions of an oxygen partial pressure atmosphere of 10-8to 10-16and 1, 200°C for two hours, the valency of titanium in a range of 10 to 50 nm from the interface of the conductive material and the crystal grain 1 to the crystal grain 1 side is quadrivalent when EELS analysis of the sample is conducted while the conductive material obtained by grinding a part of the capacitor body is in contact with the crystal grain contacted.
