PURPOSE : A SMPS(Switching Mode Power Supply) embedded LED(Light Emitting Diode) head is provided to condignly cure the patient of chronic skin disease, skin aging, or freckle.CONSTITUTION : A body of a treatment tool(110) includes a front surface case(112), a rare surface case(114), and a head(116). An LED light-emission unit(120) is mounted on the front side of the head. The LED light-emission unit emits visible rays, near infrared rays, or far infrared rays to skin disease parts of a patient.
