PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a rare earth magnetic material recovery system that can easily recover rare earth magnetic materials without mixture of any other material by separating or disassembling a motor member used in a compressor or the like by components. SOLUTION : The rare earth magnetic material recovery system for recovering rare earth magnetic materials 3a from a motor member 2 having a rotor 1 with rare earth magnets 3 includes : rotor separation means 4 for separating the rotor 1 from the motor member 2; demagnetization means 5 for heating the separated rotor 1 to demagnetize the rare earth magnets 3; disassembly means 6 for disassembling the rotor 1 with the demagnetized rare earth magnetic materials 3a; and magnetic material separation/recovery means 7 for separating and recovering the rare earth magnetic materials 3a from the disassembled rotor 1.
