Provided is a rare-earth permanent magnetic coreless power generator set (100) which includes a frame (101 ), an engine (102), a generator (103), an inverter (104) and a box (105) for power output. The generator includes : a generator seat plate (2) fixed on the engine(102); a generator shell (4) fixed on the generator seat plate (2); a stator (9) fixed on the generator shell (4), including a disk winding (15) and a fixed shell (16) made of macromolecule polymer for surrounding the disk winding (15); a first magnetic-blocking plate (171) fixed on the output shaft (22) by a flat key (21), located between the stator (9) and the generator seat plate (2) to form an air intake chamber (24) and an air output chamber (25), wherein, a first air guiding port (181) for connecting the air intake chamber (24) and the air output chamber (25) is set on the position of first magnetic-blocking plate (171) nearby the output shaft (22); a second magnetic-blocking plate (172) fixed on the output shaft (22) by the flat key (21), located at the one side of the stator (9) away from the first magnetic-blocking plate (171); and a plurality of rare-earth permanent magnets (11 ) fixed on the first magnetic-blocking plate (171) and the second magnetic-blocking plate (172) by permanent magnet pressing block (10) and facing the stator (9). Said rare-earth permanent magnetic coreless power generator set can generate less heat and bring higher power output efficiency.
