Useful model relates down the field of metallurgy, more concrete specific, to the [sistemetermokhimicheskoy] processing of different forms of multicomponent titanium containing raw material it can find a use before the industrial technology of extraction from the operable, investigated and reserve titanium containing and strictly titanium raw material with obtaining of titanium concentrate and associated valuable and limitable components.
By decided task of useful at the point of model [yavlyaesya] the creation of a comparatively inexpensive and effective system of the direct thermochemical processing of collective mineral titanium containing raw material with the use of a phenomenon of the immiscibility of the fusions of the [flyusovannoy] ore charge for obtaining the end products in the form of [likvantov] of the titanium concentrate in the form of slag and cast iron with the selective concentration before them of the associated valuable connections and components, enriched by rare metals and mineral concentrates heavy fractions - the V, of Sc, TR, Sr, Nb, Ta, and also by limitable components of natural radionuclides - thorium and uranium.
The attainable technical result consists before [ustraneniii] of deficiencies in the known technical solutions and increase in the specific productivity of the system of the complex thermochemical processing of multicomponent titanium containing raw material due to a change in the flow chart of processing down the single-stage work of [rudotermicheskoy] furnace with the simultaneous reduction power consumption before the technological cycle.
Technical the result indicated is reached as far as the fact that before the system of the thermochemical processing of multicomponent titanium containing raw material, which contains means for the preparation and processings of the charge before the [rudotermicheskoy] furnace and of the subsequent extraction from the products of melting end products, according to useful model, the means for the preparation of charge include equipment for the load, fractionatings, dosages and mixings of source material with obtaining of the charge, which contains titanium-magnetite, [sfenovyy], pyroxenic concentrates and coke with the following relationship of components, [mas].% :
titanium-magnetite concentrate 40-80,
[sfenovyy] concentrate 8-16,
pyroxenic concentrate 10-50,
coke - before the quantity, sufficient for restoring iron from the oxides, the means for the primary processing of charge including the [rudotermicheskuyu] furnace, made, predominantly, in the form induction crucible furnace down the operating temperature of 1100-1300°C, whose housing is prepared based on the high-temperature (oxidation-resistant) material and is supplied ground and, at least, one lateral opening - [letkoy] for production besides the crucible furnace of the intermediate products of the enrichment in the form of cast iron and slag, and outlets of crucible furnace on enrichment products are connected with the entrances of section for the second processing of [likvantov] of the stratified fusion with the possibility of the extraction of them of end products by thermochemical or chemical processing.
Furthermore, induction crucible furnace can contain the automated equipment for the hermetic sealing, evacuations, fillings of crucible furnace for the sake of shielding gas, supplies of charge beside its working volume, the release of the products of melting and their transport in the section for the second processing of [likvantov].
