SOLUTION : This crystalline substance is expressed by formula : M12a(M2bLc)M3dOyNx, provided that M1 is at least one selected from alkali metals; M2 is at least one selected from Ca, Sr and Ba; M3 is at least one selected from Si and Ge; L is at least one selected from a rare earth element, Bi and Mn; (a) is 0.9-1.5; b is 0.8-1.2; c is 0.005-0.2; d is 0.8-1.2; x is 0.001-1.0; and y is 3.0-4.0.
