PURPOSE : A flux cored arc weld wire having excellent workability and low-temperature toughness in a weld metal joint and a weld metal joint using the same are provided to improve welding workability by reducing the generation of spatter while welding. CONSTITUTION : A flux cored arc weld wire having excellent workability and low-temperature toughness in a weld metal joint includes 0.01 to 0.1wt.%% of C, 0.3 to 1.4wt.%% of Si, 1.0 to 3.0wt.%% of Mn, 4.0 to 7.5wt.%% of Ti+TiO, 0.01 to 3.0wt.%% of Ni, 0.01 to 0.2wt.%% of B, one of 0.02 to 0.42wt.%% of Y or 0.02 to 0.56wt.%% of REM(Rare Earth Metal), residual Fe, and inevitable impurities. In case both of Y and REM are included, the sum of Y and REM is 0.19 to 0.65wt.%%. Less than Nb 0.15wt.%% is added in case of a welding wire. COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
