PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a recycling method of separating members including a magnet from a discarded compressor, because a precious resource rare earth magnet is utilized to save electric power in a compressor utilized in air conditioner, refrigerator or the like. SOLUTION : In the method for recycling compressors and a method for recycling motors, with respect to the compressor, a stator side 102 and a pump side 103 are separated by case cutting 101 with a cutter. An iron core is extracted from the pump side by extruding 104. Magnet 106a, iron core 106b, pump 104b, and stator 102a are independently retrieved by extracting 106 the magnet from the iron core after demagnetizing 105 the magnet inserted into the iron core extracted.
