PURPOSE : An apparatus for improving seabed soil is provided to efficiently convert seabed soil and seawater quality to be an aerobic environment by supplying separate liquefied oxygen in addition to the supply of seawater. CONSTITUTION : An apparatus for improving seabed soil includes an inlet(10), a high pressure water distributing pipe(20), a preventing fabric(40). A towing ring is in connection with a towing vessel using a towing rope(34). The inlet is in connection with a pump installed in the towing vessel using a hose(12) and supplies seawater under a high pressure. The high pressure water distributing pipe is in connection with the inlet. The preventing fabric and fog plates(24) are installed at the opposite side of the high pressure water distributing pipe. The fog plates include nozzles(28). A towing frame(31) and a mud reducing plate(37) are further installed to the apparatus.
