Useful model relates down the region of the extraction of rare metals and others minerals, namely to the sources of the generation of elastic impulses on the basis of plasma- pulse action, and it can be used before the petroleum, gas, hydrogeological and geological engineering bore holes, useful model solves the problem of decreasing of overall sizes and simplification in the construction, increase in the reliability and convenience in the operation, reductions in labor expenses. The device for the generation of elastic impulses before the hydrosphere of bore hole, which contains the housing of the drilling instrument, before which they are placed : the condenser accumulator of electrical energy, electrical discharger, high-voltage and low-voltage electrodes of emitter and feed unit of the calibrated conductor beside the interelectrode space of emitter, it is supplied for the sake of ground-based source of current with the frequency of 300÷1000 Hz, for the sake of connected with the drilling instrument singlecore geophysical cable, and drilling instrument contains the multiplier of high voltage, the capacitors of the accumulator of electrical energy are placed on the chassis before the housing of drilling instrument and are supplied for the sake of the equalizing the currents of capacitor discharge wire resistors of different length, and feed unit of the calibrated conductor beside the interelectrode space of emitter is executed in the form the system of the spring-opposed fists and spring-opposed thrust of electromagnet, established before the housing of feed unit, and it is supplied for the sake of bobbin with the reserve of the calibrated conductor, in this case the housing of drilling instrument is executed by the diameter of 42 mm and by the length of 2700 mm.
