PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a biosensor for detecting and/or detecting or quantitating rare sugar in food or a drink. SOLUTION : The biosensor features a two-line type switching valve system microflow, comprising a first line for fitting a column for immobilizing an enzyme for generating a substrate to be measured by the direct reaction with a specific constituent contained in a sample to be measured, a second line for composing an electrode system including a substance having a function for converting the generated substrate to be measured to another compound, and a switching valve for switching a liquid feed to the first line or the second line. In the biosensor, the specific constituent is D-psicose, the substrate to be measured is D-fructose, an enzyme for generating the D-fructose by the direct reaction with the D-psicose is D-tagatose-3-epimerase (DTE), and a substance having a function for converting the generated D-fructose to another compound is D-fructosedehydrogenase (DFDH).
