PURPOSE : A manufacturing method of a SiAION phosphor is provided to retrain the reduction of crystallinity of a first sintered compound by positioning active material of crystal structure of the first sintered compound at empty sphere of the crystal structure.CONSTITUTION : A manufacturing method of a SiAION phosphor comprises : a step of forming a first sintered material by mixing silicon precursor and an aluminum precursor and sinter the mixture; and a step of forming a second material by mixing the silicon precursor and precursor of active material. The SiAION phosphor is in chemical formula 1 : Si_(6-x)Al_xO_yN_(8-y) : Re_z. In chemical formula 1, 0.1 < x < 2, 0.1 < y < 2, 0.001 < z < 0.1, and Re is rare earth material.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
