PURPOSE : A manufacturing method of environmentally friendly energy-saving type complex insulation wall finishing material is provided to blocking heat from outside, thereby keeping indoor temperature and save energy.CONSTITUTION : A manufacturing method of environmentally friendly energy-saving type complex insulation wall finishing material comprises the following steps : obtaining a mixture by mixing rice plant powder with acrylic binder; impregnating phase change material into the mixture; maturing the mixture; stirring the matured mixture; mixing zeolite powder; impregnating more than one kind from quartz, vermiculite, tourmaline, rare earth and illite; mixing ceramic inorganic binder, quick-hardening agent, antimicrobial agent, calcium carbonate, cellulose, and flame retarding material; maturing the mixture; manufacturing wall finishing material composition by mixing potassium silicate or sodium silicate; compressing the composition; and plasticizing the compressed composition.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
