PURPOSE : A division core for a motor stator which uses rare-earth metal and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to arrange a concave groove on the lower part of a lower rare-earth lump and the upper part of an upper rare-earth lump, thereby reducing the weight of a motor by reducing the thickness of a teeth part. CONSTITUTION : An upper rare-earth lump(110) is laminated on the upper part of an iron piece(120). A concave groove is formed on the upper part of the upper rare-earth lump. A lower rare-earth lump(130) is laminated on the lower part of the iron piece. The concave groove is formed on the lower part of the lower rare-earth lump. The inner surfaces of a yoke part and a teeth portion are coated by plastic(140).
