PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a dielectric ceramic composition which has a high dielectric constant and an excellent capacity-temperature characteristic. SOLUTION : In the dielectric ceramic composition, a main component is expressed by compositional formula : BaaTiO2+a(wherein, 1.000≤a≤1.005), and the composition contains, as subcomponents, 4.0-10.0 mol of BaZrO3, 0.05-1.0 mol of MnO, 0.25-1.5 mol of Re2O3(wherein, Re is a rare-earth element), 0.01-0.1 mol of an oxide of an element selected from the group comprising V, Ta, Mo, and W, and 0.5-3.0 mol of (Ba1-zCaz)SiO3(wherein, z is 0.05-1.0) to 100 mol of the main component.
