PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a resin composite for an anisotropic bond magnet capable of adding an arbitrary containing amount of Sm2Fe17N3base fine powder of an average particle size of 1-5 μm for improving thermal stability without spoiling magnetic field orientation characteristics and powder flowability. SOLUTION : In the resin composite for the bond magnet whose principal constituents are anisotropic rare earth group magnetic powder and resin, the anisotropic rare earth group magnetic powder is constituted of two kinds of magnetic powder of an average grain size of 1-5 μm and the powder of an average grain size of 50-150 μm. At the same time, the surface of the magnetic powder of the average grain size of 50-150 μm is coated with a thermosetting resin, and a plurality of compressed granulation bodies of powder having the average grain size of 1-5 μm are adhered to the outer surface of a magnetic powder coating substance of an average grain size of 50-150 μm.
