Extraction of mineral mine wastes by means of organic acids, precipitation and electrolysis instead of strong acids in order to turn said soil into fertile soil. The organic acids are a variety of acids that are commonly found in the fruits of different plants. The organic compounds comprise at least an acid group. The inventive process includes the use of oxalic acid, benzoic acid and sucralose as catalysts. Unlike the commonly used redox agents, those agents produced at an interface level do not present risks of toxicity, flammability or explosion. The enrichment of the earth with the carbons resulting from the decomposition of the organic acids promote the dispersion of the molecules which is not only a chemical change but also a physical change, which modifies the appearance of the waste soil, thus turning the same into useful soil.
