ROAD-COLOR INJECTION MORTAR AND USING THE SAME WAY COLLAR CONCRETE

PURPOSE : A color injection mortar and a color concrete packing method using thereof are provided to enhance intensity and durability and prevent elution of pigment by using environmentally friendly inorganic materials. CONSTITUTION : A color injection mortar comprises 28-55 weight% of Portland cement, 3-10 weight% of rapid-hardening cement, 3-10 weight% of mineral admixture, 1-6 weight% of calcium sulfoaluminate, 0.1-3 weight% of gypsum, 0.5-4 weight% of re-emulsified polymer, 1-5 weight% of pigment, 2-5 weight% of admixture, and 20-50 weight% of silica sand. The re-emulsified polymer is selected more than one kind from ethylene vinyl acetate(EVA), styrene butadiene rubber(SBR), vinyl acetate, styrene acryl ester, and polyacrylate esters. The pigment is selected more than one kind from manganese oxide, chromium oxide, iron oxide, and cobalt oxide. A color concrete packing method comprises the following steps : placing coarse aggregate on a road where the ground work is completed; placing and injecting a mixture of the color injection mortar and water into the layer of coarse aggregate.
