PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a production method of a novel NdFeB-based magnet having a coercive force at higher temperatures, by densifying to bulk through sintering without adding a large amount of a rare metal such as Dy, Tb, and Co. SOLUTION : The manufacturing method of an anisotropic rare earth magnet comprises processes of : quenching a molten metal to make an amorphous organization : sintering a quenching thin band (hereinafter, described as a quenched ribbon in some cases) of the obtained amorphous organization; and crystallizing and making it anisotropic by a heating during a hot processing.
