PURPOSE : A turtle type artificial fish reef is provided to prevent the sinking of the artificial fish reef by reducing earth contact pressure. CONSTITUTION : A turtle type artificial fish reef comprises : a semicircular main body(1) which is divided into a plurality of compartments by a partition wall and in which a plurality of through-holes are formed; a wing block(2) in which a plurality of water circulation holes are formed in the side; a first sinking prevention block(3) which reduces earth contact pressure on seabed; and a second sinking prevention block(4) which is projected outside from both side ends of the main body.
