PURPOSE : An electronic paper display apparatus for improving color distinction and contrast ratio are provided to improve picture quality by increasing rotation ball numbers. CONSTITUTION : An electronic paper display apparatus(100) includes a base substrate, a first rotation ball(120a), a second rotation ball(120b), and a partition structure. The first rotation ball is arranged on the base substrate. The second rotation ball is arranged on the rare surface of the base substrate.
