PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a DNA complex excellent in a fluorescent emission performance compared to a conventional DNA complex. SOLUTION : The DNA complex includes deoxyribo nucleic acid (DNA) and rare earth metal ions with the DNA as a ligand.
