PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a light emitting substance film capable of improving emission luminance greater than ever. ?SOLUTION : The light emitting substance film that solves the above-mentioned problem contains an alkali earth metal element, a group XIII metal element, a rare earth element and sulfur, and the content ratio of the rare earth element to the total amount of the alkali earth metal element and the rare earth element is 10 atomic % or more.
