PURPOSE : An input apparatus using a light sensor is provided to reduce product costs by sensing the movement direction of an input unit through a cheap light source.CONSTITUTION : An input unit(130) is moved from a center location to a radiation direction. A return unit(140) returns the input unit from the center to an original location. A sensing unit(150) senses the movement direction of the input unit based on the changed light reception of a light sensor and includes the light sensor. The light reception and light emission of the light sensor are installed in the rare side of the input unit. A control unit inputs an operation corresponding to the movement direction of the input unit.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
