PURPOSE : A method of forming ceramic wire, a system of forming the same, and a superconductor wire using the same are provided to prevent the reaction of a ceramic material by including a buffer layer in the substrate. CONSTITUTION : In a method of forming ceramic wire, a system of forming the same, and a superconductor wire using the same, a substrate(10) has a tape form. A buffer layer(11) is formed on the substrate. A superconductive thin film(12) comprises the rare earth, a barium and copper.
