PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a pigment dispersion and a colored resin composition which can produce a color filter with high brightness, high contrast and high color density. SOLUTION : This pigment dispersion includes (A) a pigment and (B) an alkaline earth metal salt of a water-soluble die having an acidic group, such as compounds represented by formula (1) or formula (2).
