PURPOSE : A non soil covered activated carbon vegetation mat, a producing method thereof, and an installation method thereof are provided to prevent the loss of seeds by using a natural fiber mat, a cubic solid mesh, and a natural fiber cover. CONSTITUTION : A non soil covered activated carbon vegetation mat comprises the following : a natural fiber mat(1) formed with a plant fabric material, having the transmissivity of 20~80%; seeds(2), activated carbon(3), and peat moss(4) applied on the upper side of the natural fiber mat; a cubic solid mesh(5) formed with a polyamide material, having the transmissivity of 90~98%; and a natural fiber cover(6) with 10~30mm pores for seed leaves, coving the cubic solid mesh.
