PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a device which feeds seawater by efficiently utilizing waves, and can extract gold and rare metal by the buoyancy of oil.
SOLUTION : Seawater pushed up by waves to a disk 3 floated on a tube in seawater, drops to the lower part from a water feed port 1, since air taken in from an air taking-in part 2 is present and thereby a space is formed between the oil 4 in the tube. Only minute amounts of gold and rare metal included in the seawater which drop into the oil 4 are stuck to the oil and are floated up together with the oil. The seawater is extruded to the lower part 9 without being stopped by the oil. For preventing the pushing of the oil to the lower part by the dropping pressure of the seawater, an oil returning structure 5 and a sponge-shaped material 7 having satisfactory draining property are fixed. Further, sea sand 8 is fixed for perfectly preventing the flowing out of the oil for the worst. The flowing out of the oil after gold and rare metal are stuck with the oil is prevented.
