PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a method of manufacturing a rare earth bond magnet facilitating orientation of magnetic powder, and obtaining a high Br (residual magnetic flux density) rare earth bonded magnet.SOLUTION : The method of manufacturing the rare earth bond magnet includes the molding step of obtaining a molding by molding material powder containing the magnetic powder having a composition containing an rare earth element and obtained by a hydro-cracking, dehydrogenation and recombination method in a magnetic field while heating at 80-200°C, the impregnating step of impregnating the molding with a resin, and the curing step of curing the resin.COPYRIGHT : (C)2012, JPO&INPIT
