The present invention relates to atemoya yogurt ice cream. The technical features of the present invention relate to yogurt ice cream by using atemoya which has become a regional product of Jeju Island. Atemoya yogurt ice cream of the present invention is produced by adding sweet and sour tastes of atemoya, a rare tropical fruit, to yogurt ice cream, thereby leading the popularization of atemoya which is unfamiliar to Koreans; promoting Jeju Island at the same time; and increasing an added value of farms growing atemoya.(200) Collect juice and freeze atemoya(100) Harvest atemoya, perform a process, and shift a color thereof(300) Pulverize atemoya into particles(400) Mix atemoya with other compositions(500) Add the mixture to yogurt, and freeze the mixture in a moldCOPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
