PURPOSE : A method and an apparatus for fixing carbon dioxide using municipal solid waste incineration bottom ash are provided to protect the environment and save resources by recycling the bottom ash. CONSTITUTION : Municipal solid waste incineration bottom ash slurry is introduced. Carbon dioxide gas is sprayed to vertically transfer the slurry. While the slurry is horizontally stirred, the carbon dioxide gas is re-sprayed. The carbon dioxide gas transmitted in the horizontal stirring process is compressed. The slurry is stirred in a cyclonic carbonating apparatus, and the compressed carbon dioxide gas is sprayed. A valve is controlled using a controller, excessive carbon dioxide gas is distributed into a compressing process and a re-spraying process. COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
