PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a corrosion-resistant magnet capable of preventing a corrosion of a rare-earth magnet, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION : The rare-earth magnet is covered by a thermoplastic resin and a composite film including a ferromagnetic particle having the average particle diameter of not more than 5 μm.
