PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a resin coupling magnet composition which is excellent in a magnetic characteristic, has a degree of freedom in a shape, and is excellent in a rust-resistant characteristic, formability, a mechanical intensity, flexibility, heat resistance, and the like; and to provide a method for manufacturing a resin coupling magnet using the same. SOLUTION : In a resin coupling magnet composition which contains magnetic powders (A) and a resin binder (B), the resin binder (B) is a curing reactive type silicon rubber-based binder of a dynamic viscosity of 500 Pa.s or less. More preferably, before rare-earth-based magnetic powders are mixed with the resin binder (B), the resin coupling magnet composition has beforehand been coated with specific treatment agent.
